What to Expect
NAD+ infusions take longer than our standard drips — typically 2 to 4 hours depending on dose. This is intentional: administering NAD+ too quickly can cause temporary discomfort including chest tightness, nausea, or a flushing sensation. Your nurse controls the rate throughout the session and will slow the drip if needed to keep you comfortable. Many clients use the time to rest, work, or watch something. The effects — improved clarity, energy, and mood — often begin during the infusion and build over the days that follow.
